Requests in which you select Royan Suites are shared with the company that operates Royan Suites so that it can answer them.

The data we process

Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone (optional), the property and request type you choose, dates and number of guests (optional) and your message. Guest satisfaction survey: property, your ratings, dates of stay, your comments and, if you choose, your email address. The site’s hosting infrastructure may also keep technical records such as IP address and browser details for security and operation.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process your data to answer your request; to handle quotes and bookings for stays, tables, groups and events; to measure guest satisfaction and improve our services and sustainability practices; to meet our legal obligations; and to keep the site secure. The legal grounds under KVKK Article 5(2) are that processing is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), that it is needed to meet our legal obligations (ç), and our legitimate interests, provided they do not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).

We do not use the contact details you share in these forms to send marketing messages.

Who receives the data

Your data may be shared only for the purposes above and to the extent needed: with the property your request concerns, with Wix.com, which provides the infrastructure for the site and its forms, and with Google, which serves the fonts (your IP address during your visit). These providers’ servers may be located outside Türkiye; any transfer abroad is made in line with KVKK Article 9. Data may be shared with authorised public bodies where the law requires.

How data is collected and kept

Data is collected electronically through the forms on the site. It is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the periods set by the applicable legislation, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Cookies and browser storage

The site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. A Wix visitor-session key is stored in your browser so that content can load and the forms can be sent; the hosting infrastructure may use strictly necessary technical cookies for security and operation.

Your rights and how to apply

Under KVKK Article 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used for that purpose; to know the third parties it is transferred to; to ask for incomplete or incorrect data to be corrected and, where the conditions are met, deleted or destroyed, and for these steps to be notified to those it was transferred to; to object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
